IDNMovie | Charlie Silva is an American builder and television personality known for his work on This Old House. He joined the program in 2016 during the Arlington Arts & Crafts project. Silva is president and co-owner of Silva Brothers Construction with his uncle, This Old House general contractor Tom Silva. He began working in the family construction business as a child and joined it full-time in 1981, developing expertise in residential construction, renovation, and project management.
